A New Policy on Fundraising

Because so much is already asked of people when they come to church, the session, at its December 2007 meeting, instituted a policy that individual fundraising, or fundraising for non-church-approved events, should not be done during church events or on church property. This helps to protect those of us who can’t stand to say no, but can’t afford to keep saying yes every time a worthy cause is before us. Please honor this request by honoring the people who already give self-sacrificially through a rigorous schedule of special offerings and tithes that support many local and worldwide charitable causes. Thank you!
