Food Lion Shop and Share Program:

If you would like CBPC to receive funds, at no cost to you, every time you shop at Food Lion, please sign up now! Our church benefits quarterly, with payments to us of up to $350. So far we have never had over $100 in amonth; usually we're in the $35 range. All it takes is a concerted effort to get our congregation's MVP cards registered, and more financial assistance for our ministries will come in quarterly.

How to sign up:

Visit www.foodlion.com, with your Food Lion MVP card in hand. Scroll down until you see the heading :In the Community" on the left. Under that heading, find "Lion Shop & Share." Click on those words.

You'll be taken to a new page, where you simply click on the words, "Register MVP cards." If the site is working properly, you will be given prompts and asked to type in some identifying information. (If you would rather noy give your personal address or phone number, you may use the church's.)

Then just use your MVP card when you shop at Food Lion! No matter where you are, if you're shopping at a Food Lion store, using your MVP card will benefit the church.

For those of you who do not have an internet connection, call the Food Lion customer service line at 1-800-210-9569 (mon.-Fri. 9:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.), also with card in hand so you can provide your card number.

THIS PROCESS MUST BE REPEATED ANNUALLY. Check that website reguarly and re-register your card as needed, to be sure the benefits to the church are continuing!
