Our insurance policies were updated in 2007, and are summarized here.
1. We will need to have a proof of insurance form for all drivers for church events who will be transporting others outside their own family members. This is a specific form which is easily obtainable from your insurance provider and can be faxed, by them, directly to the church office: 910-458-5418. Just call your insurance provider and ask them to fax it: they'll understand what you're asking for. (Photocopies of you insurance card cannot be substituted for this form.)
2. We have also been asked by our insurers to keep on file the driver’s license numbers of all drivers for church events. Our secretary compiles this data and it will be kept secure in the main office.
